Sales Procedure
1. Email orders to us at excelenciashop@gmail.com
2. Include the following format:

3. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation email to your email address informing you of the availability of the item requested as well as to furnish you with our POSB account number for funds transfer
4. Please keep your POSB funds transfer receipt for verification
5. Once we have verified that we have received the money, the item will be dispatched to you at the earliest possible timing, within 48 hours
*Parcel will be addressed to this person
^Address will be printed out and pasted on the parcel to avoid human error

2. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
3. Prices are fixed, except for Garage Sales
4. Items sold are on a While Stocks Last basis, we reserve the right to delay sending out your order until we have received more stock in the event that we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, do SMS to check availability
5. We will reply to questions sent via email within 48 hours
6. No meet-ups, item to be sent by postage only
7. Our responsibility ends once item is posted; if buyer pays for registered post, details will be furnished to him/her
8. Payment mode is to our POSB account by fund transfer
